OPEN GYM

Open gym is not a class based session. You can come and use the gym at your own leisure. There will be no instruction. Although this is not a class based session, there will always be a coach around if you need to ask any questions or need help with anything. Open gym is only available to those who have done at least six of our regular CrossTrain classes and hold a membership. Lot's of our members use this open session to practice movements from our CrossTrain classes, or even to perform the programmed CrossTrain or Sweat session if they can not make the class time that day.

How it Works

All of our Open Gym sessions are supervised by a coach, but are NOT coach instructed. Each session lasts roughly 1 hour. The basic structure of our session is as follows:

1. Turn up for the Open Gym session. Because this is not a coach instructed class you do not have to worry about turning up on time, provided you are finished and packed away before the next class starts or the end of the allocated session time.

2. You have the freedom to do whatever workout you want.

3. Make sure you are finished and packed away before the start of the next class, or the end of the allocated session time!
